• Public business information. To build and offer you a website, we use information that businesses make public — such as your business name, address, phone number, category, and public listing and review details.
• Information you give us. When you contact us or request changes, we keep your email, messages, and the preferences you share.
• Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card details — only the confirmation and basic record of the transaction.
• Site analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate visit measurement (no cookie banner, no cross-site tracking) to report how a site is performing.

• To design, build, host, and show you a website for your business.
• To communicate with you about a preview, a purchase, or your requests.
• To process payments and provide optional ongoing KeepFresh updates.
• To improve our service.

Our outreach emails identify us, include our mailing address, and carry a one-click unsubscribe. If you opt out, we add you to a suppression list and stop contacting you. You are never obligated to respond, and looking at a preview costs nothing.

We share information only with the service providers that run our product — for example payment (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), hosting (Netlify), our database (Supabase), and the AI providers that generate site content — each under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using your business information, by emailing hello@dev.itsalreadybuilt.com. We’ll honor reasonable requests promptly.

We take reasonable measures to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
