Terms of Service

We design and build a website for your business and offer it to you. You may preview it with no obligation. If you purchase it, you receive the finished site as described at the time of sale.

A preview link is provided for you and the people you choose to share it with, to help you decide. Previews are unlisted and may expire if a site isn’t purchased.

The site is a one-time purchase of $750 unless stated otherwise. Optional KeepFresh is a recurring subscription of $49 per month (first month free) that you can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and is not retroactive. Payments are processed by Stripe. Optional add-ons (such as a custom domain, logo, or extra pages) are billed as agreed.

After you purchase the site, its content and files are yours. If you are not a KeepFresh subscriber, we hand over full hosting control. While you subscribe to KeepFresh, we host and maintain the site; on cancellation we hand it over to you. You own your domain in all cases.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the business details you ask us to publish and for using the site lawfully. Tell us if anything we’ve shown is inaccurate and we’ll correct it.

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamtown, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hamtown, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the “last updated” date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
